CLIC – Developing a positive transformation in health and social care across north Cumbria
How do you collect and share learning of trying to work collaboratively when the day is getting busier?
In north Cumbria they have been inspired by Ted Talks to create a learning resource available to is all. The Cumbria Learning and Improvement Collaborative (CLIC) co-ordinated the CLIC Talks, which was supported by NHSE/I, to capture personal stories to support training and learning.
They cover issues around collaborating across organisations, with patients, with the community and third sector and look at the challenges around relationships, taking risks and shared ambition and values.
The stories are honest reflections from an area that acknowledges it has a long way to go – but is making small changes.
